How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size or customization, and check out through our secure payment system. Please ensure all details (size, address, contact number) are accurate before confirming.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), FPX, Apple Pay, and local e-wallets supported by our payment gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order, before production begins. Once production starts (especially for pre-orders or made-to-order pieces), we are unable to make changes.

Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be used per order. Misuse of codes or expired discounts may result in order cancellation (we’ll always inform you first).

What is the difference between “ready stock” and “pre-order”?
• Ready stock items are already made and available for immediate shipment.
• Pre-order items are made specially for you once your order is confirmed and require additional production time.
How long does production and delivery take?
• Ready stock: Ships within 2-5 days.
• Pre-order / custom orders: Typically 4–6 weeks including production and delivery.
If you have a special occasion or deadline, please reach out — we’ll see what we can do to help.
Why might my order be terminated?
Orders may be cancelled if there’s a payment issue, invalid promo code, or inventory discrepancy. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away and issue a refund if payment has been made.

How much is shipping within Malaysia?
• RM10 flat rate within Malaysia.
• Free shipping for orders over RM250 (West & East Malaysia).
How much is shipping to Singapore?
• RM25 flat rate within Singapore.
• Free shipping for orders over RM500 (West & East Malaysia).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using DHL to ensure safe, reliable delivery.
• Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country. (Usually ranges from RM100 - 150)
• Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I track my parcel?
Once shipped, we’ll email or message you the tracking number. Didn’t receive it? Contact us with your name and order number and we’ll resend it.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
We’ll help you track it with our courier partner. While we’re not responsible for courier delays or customs issues, we’ll do our best to assist and ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
We offer a 24-hour grace period upon receiving your parcel to report any issues. Please inspect your items immediately and contact us if there’s a problem.
What qualifies for return or exchange?
• Wrong color or design received (with proof photos)
• Wrong size delivered (not as ordered)
• Manufacturing defect (with proof photos)
What doesn’t qualify?
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
• Natural fabric variations or pattern placement differences
• Items damaged after wear, wash, or mishandling
Who covers return shipping?
If the mistake was on our side, we’ll cover it. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — as long as ready stock is available. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for instructions.

Do you offer customizations?
Absolutely — we love bringing your ideas to life. Small adjustments like sleeve length, hem length, or fit modifications can be discussed. Extra charges and lead time may apply depending on complexity.
Do you provide alterations?
Yes! We offer free minor alterations for Inisaya garments.
Alterations include:
• Shortening sleeves (without cuffs)
• Adjusting hem length
• Taking in sides (selected garments)
Please contact us to schedule a fitting appointment before your visit.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Each Inisaya piece is hand-crafted using unique batik prints. Placement and tone may vary slightly — this is part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade batik.
Do you restock past prints?
No — once a print is sold out, it won’t be restocked. Each design is limited edition and special in its own way. It depends on the wants as well, if we could find the same fabric we will try to bring back the same designs.
How do I care for my garments?
• Hand wash or use gentle cycle in cold water.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Air dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight.
• Iron inside-out on low heat. High heat if it's cotton. Low heat if it's polyester or satin.
• Do not use the dryer

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we can’t change the address.
Do you offer size advice?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re unsure, message us your measurements — we’ll happily recommend the best fit.
Do you accept studio visits?
Yes! Our studio is open for fittings and consultations by appointment only.
