What are your privacy policy and what will you do with our shipping details?
Do not worry! Your privacy is important to us at Jeffery Goh Creations. The shipping details you have provided will solely be used for shipping only. We will NOT compromise your details to any third party. If you wish us to remove your details from our database, please send us a request through CONTACT US.
What are your return and refund policies?
Please understand that every piece that we produce will be QC-ed several times by us before sending it out to you. The mistakes on each garment are highly unlikely unless due to unforeseen circumstances. But if you insist on getting your refunds, please do know that we have a 24-hour grace period from the moment it arrives at your doorstep. inisaya will not be responsible for any defects that are caused by logistics, domestic transportation within the destination, mishandling of the product, and negligence of care.
Conditions on getting a return/refund :-
- Wrong colour from the one you ordered FOLLOWING your invoice. (with photo proof)
- Wrong design from the one you ordered FOLLOWING your invoice. (with photo proof)
- Wrong sizing from the one you ordered FOLLOWING your invoice. (with photo proof)
Any other reasons can be discussed and negotiated. The approval of the return/refund of an item will solely be based on the discretion of Jeffery Goh Creations (inisaya). By buying our products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that our decision is final, conclusive and binding.
You could CONTACT US here with your invoice number and state the reason of refund/return.
Do we get to exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes while READY STOCKS last. We would HIGHLY recommend you to double/triple check the sizing before you buy it from us. If you still feel unsure on the sizes, come visit us in our studio and try on the clothing! We would love to meet you and offer you a free measuring session. Why did you terminate my order?
If your order has been terminated by us, here might be one of the reasons:-
- You have misused our promo codes.
- You did not make payment to us when it is due.
- You did not provide us with any shipping details when asked (within a reasonable time)
- Others. (You may CONTACT US here)
I really like the print! Will you restock prints from your past collections?
Unfortunately, no. We want to ensure exclusivity within the customers. So, when we run out of fabrics, we won’t restock it anymore. Think of it this way, if you manage to own one, you know that it’s one of the few pieces that you own. It’s special for you and you only!
Can we customise our clothing? For example, I would like to add sleeves to your sleeveless design, etc.
Yes! We are always happy to do customisations for our customers as it is one of our messages that we’re trying to share. At Jeffery Goh Creations, we want everyone to feel comfortable in our clothing. Comfortable enough to say, “This feels like it’s made for me!”

Do you provide alterations? If so, how much?
Yes, we do! Here’s a fun fact and a service we provide to all inisaya customers. If you come over to our studio in Shah Alam, we offer free minor alteration services for inisaya clothing.
Minor alterations include:
- Shortening of sleeves (without cuffs)
- Shortening of hem length (Selected skirts, shirts, dresses, and blouses only)
- Taking in on the sides (Selected skirts, shirts, dresses and blouses only)

What are the shipping durations like?
Expect us to ship within 2-4 weeks according to our availability. We ship our orders in batches so if you ever need us to ship it fast, you could request Lalamove shipping from us through our Instagram DMs. But of course, with Lalamove shipping, you will need to bear the additional costs.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. We only ship using FEDEX as we have experienced problems shipping via other couriers. So, do expect prices to be different and slightly higher. This includes delivery to Singapore as well! DM us for a rough quotation.
What are the shipping prices like?
For both East and West Malaysia, it will be a flat rate of RM10 because we’re all Malaysians ma! If you spend RM200 and above, you will be entitled for free shipping!
Do you get discounts for purchasing sets?
There will be a promo code attached to the selling page itself. Don’t forget to apply the promo code before paying! Please do not misuse the code for your other purchases. inisaya reserves the right to deny your purchases and refund your money if you are found misusing our promo codes!
I want the design to look exactly like the sample, is that possible?
We will try our best to do it but we cannot guarantee that each garment will look the same simply because we are actually cutting your garments based on the prints that are on the batik cloth itself. So please do expect some irregularities in the prints but ultimately, it will be special and uniquely yours!
How do I to know my parcel’s tracking number?
If you wish to find out your parcel’s tracking number, Please CONTACT US here or DM us on Instagram. Remember to send your name and invoice number if you have any.
